The government has provided funding for computers in schools but failed to invest in the human side of it, writes Kathryn Moyle.
One of the major platforms the ALP took to the 2007 federal election was the digital education revolution (DER).
When Labor won, overnight, the DER moved from being an election promise to government policy.
