Gulf Troubled Waters Community Forum

”Gulf Troubled Waters Community Forum”
Sunday 7th March 2010
Cove Sports & Community Club (Club Cove)
Oval Road Hallett Cove SA

“Gulf Troubled Waters” Forum provides the community a unique opportunity to understand a broad spectrum of environmental issues associated with Gulf St Vincent through the eyes of the Mid-South Coast.

Never before has the Mid-South Coast had to contend with developments which have resulted in changes to its creeks and rivers.

This has impacted on the production and movement of sand around the coast.

At the end of 2010, in addition to stormwater and wastewater the marine ecology will have to deal with desalination discharge.

The forum will discuss the consequences and what can still be done.

Tea and Coffee will be available and attendees may also bring their own lunch. Registration is required and please E-mail Maxine Jones maxchris@adam.com.au or phone (08) 8294-8612. A gold coin donation will be appreciated to help cover the cost of the venue.
