Ute
Here in Canberra parliamentary cretinism on ute-gate is out of this world. Rather than some political discourse on strategies to protect working families during a worsening world recession and an environmental crisis, MPs are consumed with Turnbull’s mis-guided focus on such a trivial issue as the ute and backfire.
As a political junkie, I know they are all liars, but I love to see Labor eating the Coalition alive…and with Gillard getting the OK from the rich and powerful overseas, other Labor attack dogs are extra theatre.
It bis good that apart from the lawyer, the TV performer, the republican, the merchant banker, other sides of Turnbull we (the public) do not know about are revealed. let’s hope the polls shift further against the Coalition.
But really…this is not the quality political discourse in a democracy to meet our major challenges.
