Any people's liberation army that treats unarmed citizens the way the Chinese "PLA" did on this day 20 years ago, can no longer use this name. It is sad to say that after the Cultural Revolution and the abolition of democracy walls, the Chinese government has become an unrepresentative, stalinist, capitalist dictatorship.
