Whilst I take your point about the small business dismissal code, I feel that it is difficult to balance the rights of employees against protecting Small Business.  It needs to be considered that Small businesses in particular generally do not have access nor can afford specialist HR advice when it comes to termination, the question needs to be asked as a result, should they be held to the same standard as Multi National companies with dedicated HR departments?</description>
